Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research.
  • Conduct in-person meetings with prospective and existing clients to understand their requirements and present tailored solutions.
  • Deliver impactful presentations and pitches tailored to client needs.
  • Represent the company professionally in all business interactions and events.
  • Lead and manage closing meetings, ensuring effective negotiation and successful deal closure.
  • Take ownership of converting leads into signed business deals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive repeat business and long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate with the internal teams (marketing, creative, operations) to align proposals and deliverables with client expectations.
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Contribute to business growth strategies and sales planning.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and deal progress in CRM or tracking systems.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
