We are looking for a skilled Italian Chef to join our team at JW Marriott, with 2-8 years of experience in the culinary industry.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Prepare and cook high-quality Italian dishes, including pasta, pizza, and risotto.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with other chefs to create new menu ideas and recipes.
  • Manage inventory of ingredients and supplies, minimizing waste and optimizing costs.
  • Ensure all food meets quality standards before serving.
  • Develop and implement effective cooking techniques to enhance flavors and presentation.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as a chef, preferably in an Italian cuisine setting.
  • Strong knowledge of Italian cooking techniques, ingredients, and menu planning.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues.
  • Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools, including ovens, stoves, and refrigerators.
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring every dish meets expectations.
