Urgent opening for CDC - Italian Cuisine

The Chef de Cuisine (CdC) oversees all aspects of the Back of the House

Must research and develop, create, implement, and execute seasonal changes to the menu and regular changes to the tasting menu.

.Work directly with the Executive Chef, Director of Operations, Managers, Owners and Chefs to assess the business’ needs and ensure steady growth in sales while controlling expenses to maintain the highest profitability possible.

Ensures that the production, preparation, set-up and presentation of the food is completed on time and is of the highest quality at all times

Minimum of five (5) years' experience at an five-star Hotel or restaurant with a minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a Chef de Cuisine or similar role
- Must have customer service and public speaking skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced, hot environment
- Demonstrates superior knife skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹65,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
