About Us: We are a fast-growing dessert brand in Bandra West dedicated to making the most authentic and indulgent tiramisu in the city. Our mission is simple: to turn every spoonful into a moment of pure happiness. As we expand, we are looking for passionate culinary talent to help us perfect and scale our production.
Role Overview: We are looking for a Pastry Chef who is truly passionate about tiramisu and Italian desserts. You will be responsible for preparing our signature tiramisu to perfection, ensuring consistency in taste and quality, and helping design an efficient workflow as we grow our production capacity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and assemble our signature tiramisu, maintaining perfect texture, flavor, and presentation every time.
- Standardize recipes and production processes to ensure consistency at scale.
- Maintain kitchen hygiene and follow strict food safety standards.
- Monitor ingredient quality and manage inventory efficiently.
- Work with management to plan production schedules based on demand.
- Train and support junior staff in proper preparation techniques.
- Contribute with new ideas and dessert concepts that can enrich our menu.
- Collaborate directly with our Italian founder and Italian chefs, learning authentic techniques and sharing feedback.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Pastry Chef, with hands-on experience in Italian desserts
- Strong knowledge of dessert production, portioning, and workflow optimization.Ability to work quickly and precisely in a fast-paced kitchen environment.A love for desserts, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering excellence.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Creativity and openness to experimenting with new ideas.
