Position: International Customer Service Executive

Role Overview:

As an International Customer Service Executive at , you will be the first point of contact for our valued members worldwide. Your role will focus on building trust, resolving customer queries, providing product guidance, and ensuring a smooth user experience. Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support: Handle inbound and outbound calls, chats, and emails to assist international customers with queries related to 's services.
  • Relationship Building: Provide personalized assistance, ensuring customers feel supported and valued throughout their journey.
  • Problem Resolution: Proactively address customer concerns, resolve issues effectively, and escalate complex cases when needed.
  • Product Guidance: Educate customers on 's features, premium packages, and best practices to enhance their experience.
  • Quality Service: Deliver prompt, professional, and empathetic service while adhering to company standards and SLAs.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback in CRM systems.

What You'll Bring:

  • Experience: Minimum of 1 Year in International customer service preferred.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English is essential. Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
  • Communication & Empathy: Strong listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse customers.
  • Customer-Focused Attitude: Ability to stay calm under pressure and provide solutions with a positive approach.
  • Tech Skills: Comfortable using computers, CRM platforms, and other support tools.
