About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and professional Customer Service Intern to assist our corporate client relations team. This internship offers the opportunity to learn how to manage client accounts, handle inquiries, and deliver excellent service in a professional business setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Respond to client and customer inquiries via phone and email
  2. Support the Customer Service Manager with administrative and follow-up tasks.
  3. Help track customer satisfaction metrics and prepare reports.
  4. Participate in meetings and training sessions to enhance customer engagement strategies.
  5. Assist in improving internal communication between departments.
  6. Coordinate with internal departments (Operations, Collections, and Sales) also with merchant partners to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
  7. Maintain and update customer information in CRM systems and databases.
  8. Contribute ideas for improving customer service efficiency and experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  1. Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree (Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred)
  2. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Strong problem-solving attitude and attention to detail.
  4. Basic knowledge of financial products and loan processes (preferred).
  5. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  6. Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
