Ltd.LOCATION:Thane, IndiaDIRECT REPORTING: Head – Aftermarket, Pumps IndiaPosition DetailsOrder entry and Processing for Pumps and Spare parts ordersPrincipal ActivitiesReceipt of Pump and Spares orders from AE (FM) and Quotation Specialist (AM) with all technical and commercial details. Clarify all details to process the order in the systemProcessing of Pump and Spare part orders via CRM into SAP system with technical and commercial detailsCreate Sales order in SAP with complete details of previously supplied pump, end user details, industry etc.Create Contract Review check list (FM) and get it checked from AE / Quotation Specialist. Get approval of Check list from Sales / Marketing Director for large projects (value >25 lacs)Order Transfer / Technical Handover to Operation team (Order Management cell) and Engineering / ETO with all required documents attached in SAP sales orderProvide Order confirmation to customers with best possible delivery date (CCD) after getting confirmation from plant (Order Management)Coordinate with Order Management function in plant to get order related status and delivery updatesCoordinate with IC / direct customers for any technical / commercial clarifications, organize inspection witness, shipment clearances, forwarder details etc.Coordinate with IC / direct customers for payment / collection as per agreed termsCoordination with internal and external interfacesClarification of technical and commercial issues with other internal functionsCandidate RequirementsEducation, Experience & Skills:Education as Diploma / BE in Mechanical2 to 3 years professional experience as Customer Service Representative of industrial goodsAbility to read, write, analyse and interpret business and technical documents in EnglishProficient in MS OfficeKnowledge of SAP / ERP and CRM related softwareTeam player and self-motivatedGood Communication skillStakeholders Management
