Our client is a trusted organization in the US Healthcare domain, dedicated to providing patients with seamless support for prescriptions, clinical services, billing inquiries, and feedback. As part of this collaboration, you'll play a vital role in enhancing patient satisfaction and ensuring smooth communication between patients, providers, and internal teams.

About the Role

We're looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our Mumbai team. You'll be the first point of contact for patients and healthcare partners, ensuring a smooth and positive experience at every touchpoint.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with patients, doctors, and pharmacies regarding prescriptions and healthcare services.
  • Collect, update, and verify insurance and pharmacy details in the system.
  • Create follow-up activities and reminders for patient communication and service continuity.
  • Connect patients with pharmacists or doctors for counseling or clinical queries.
  • Escalate calls to clinicians, insurance verification teams, or specialized departments when necessary.
  • Schedule, cancel, or reschedule doctor appointments according to facility guidelines.
  • Respond professionally to all patient inquiries in English, following company and HIPAA regulations.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
  • Strong listening, problem-solving, and customer service abilities.
  • Empathy and patience when handling sensitive or emotional situations.
  • Adaptable to changing processes and systems.
  • Prior experience in customer support or call center operations (US Healthcare experience preferred).
  • Team player with the ability to meet daily performance goals.
  • Must be based in Mumbai.
