Service & Maintenance engineers are responsible for the maintenance and correction of products that have been sold. As a Service & Maintenance engineer, you will be required to install new equipment, conduct routine maintenance, and troubleshoot equipment faults on site. Service & Maintenance engineers are often the ones who interact with customers to provide information and procedures to address the inquiries, concerns and requests to their products and services.
Experience of working with customers related to Manufacturing Industry & Government dealing with Engineering Product.
Requires product application knowledge for Flame Proof Electrical Products/ MS Panels/ Electrical Switchgears Knowledge about distribution boards / motor starters will be preferred

Job Description
- Identifying Sales needs across the manufacturing industry.
- Primary responsibility is to interact with customers and generate enquiry. Identify appropriate solution and submit offer with the help of back-office team.

Candidate should be able to understand the customer requirement and workout high level solutions for getting in principle acceptance from customer and submitting commercial offer.
- Coordinate with internal stake holder for Commercial Proposal to be sent to the Client.
- Strong Follow-up with the client for the Commercial Proposal Submitted to the Client against the enquiry.
- Responsible for generating the business within specified territory & work towards business goals and targets.
- Methodically assess the sales avenues & reach out to the prospective customers. Capability to capture cross sell avenues.
- Candidate should be able to understand the problem being faced by customer and should provide appropriate solution in consultation with Senior Technical persons. Should possess good customer relationship management skill.
Desired Profile of the Candidate
- Requires solid market intelligence.
- Technical Service Experience in the Engineering Industry is mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Good decision-making skills.
- Prefer language - Hindi, English, Marathi
Skills & Qualifications Required
- B.E. (Electrical/ Instrument Control) with 3- 5 years of Experience
