Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Sales Manager located in Mumbai. The Assistant Sales Manager will manage day-to-day sales operations, develop sales strategies, and build relationships with Corporate and Govt Institutions. Will handle all Motorola Solutions Products such as Walky Talky ,Body Worn Cameras, CCTV and Halo Sensors.

Responsibilities include business development, achieving sales targets, preparing sales reports and existing customer retention.

Qualifications

  • 2-3 + Years B2B/Corporate Sales experience .
  • Should be well versed with Mumbai/Navi Mumbai location .
  • Prior experience in selling Safety & Security or High Value Products would be an advantage.
  • Ability to interact and maintain relationships at different levels in an organisation.
  • Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office Suite
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing/Sales + MBA is preferred.
