Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Management:

Identify and acquire new clients through various channels and follow up on leads to convert them into sales.

Client Engagement:

Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and provide them with professional advice on market conditions and property values.

Property Showings:

Schedule and conduct property viewings and open houses for prospective buyers.

Market Expertise:

Conduct market research, stay updated on industry trends, and understand local market conditions to identify selling opportunities.

Negotiation & Sales:

Negotiate and close property sales deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Sales Administration:

Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management and maintain accurate client records.

Collaboration:

Coordinate with marketing teams to develop sales strategies and with other internal departments to ensure seamless transaction processes.

Key Skills

Sales & Negotiation:

Strong sales acumen, persuasive communication, and negotiation skills are crucial for closing deals.

Market Knowledge:

A deep understanding of the real estate market, property values, and local market conditions is essential.

Customer Focus:

A proactive, customer-centric approach with a commitment to providing excellent service and building lasting relationships.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency with CRM systems for maintaining client databases and managing sales activities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field.

Proven experience in real estate sales or a similar role.

Strong negotiation and closing skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Ability to conduct property market analysis.

Valid real estate license as required by state regulations.
