Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sr HR Executive located in Noida. The Sr HR Executive will be responsible for HR management, operations, employee relations, and policy implementation in alignment with the company's goals and values.

Qualifications

  • End to end recruitment and HR Operations skills
  • Employee Relations and HR Policies expertise
  • Experience in Human Resources (HR) functions
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a team
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
