Role Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Sr. E-commerce Executive to oversee and optimize our presence on leading online marketplaces such as
Amazon, Flipkart, and others
. The candidate will be responsible for managing product listings, driving sales growth, optimizing ads, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Account & Catalogue Management

  • Manage end-to-end seller accounts on Amazon, Flipkart, and other marketplaces.
  • Create, update, and optimize product listings (titles, keywords, images, A+ content).
  • Ensure accurate inventory sync, pricing, and catalogue hygiene.
  • Monitor buy box, product ranking, and competition trends.

Advertising & Promotions

  • Plan, execute, and optimize
    Sponsored Ads
    (Amazon PPC, Flipkart Ads, and others Ads).
  • Run promotional campaigns, deals, and discounts during festive sales/events.
  • Monitor
    ACOS/ROAS
    and improve ad performance through data-driven insights.

Sales & Growth Strategy

  • Conduct regular competitor and keyword research.
  • Analyze sales trends, consumer behaviour, and pricing strategy.
  • Drive revenue growth through marketplace-specific strategies.

Operations & Coordination

  • Coordinate with internal teams for inventory, logistics, packaging, and pricing updates.
  • Resolve account-related issues (penalties, suspensions, order disputes).
  • Ensure compliance with marketplace policies.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Generate weekly/monthly reports (sales, ads, ROI, growth).
  • Track KPIs such as sales growth %, ACOS, CTR, conversion rate.
  • Suggest actionable insights for continuous improvement.

Key Skills Required

  • Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and Other Partner Portal.
  • Hands-on experience with
    Ads Campaign Management (PPC, CPC, CPA)
    .
  • Proficiency in tools like Excel, Google Sheets, and marketplace analytics dashboards.
  • Knowledge of SEO & keyword research for e-commerce listings.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to handle marketplace escalations.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of proven experience in e-commerce marketplace management.
  • Prior experience in handling multi-category products will be an added advantage.
