Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bawal for an E-commerce Executive. The E-commerce Executive will be responsible for managing online sales channels, analyzing sales performance, and implementing strategies to maximize sales. This role involves overseeing account management, collaborating with the sales team, managing sales operations, and conducting market research to identify new opportunities. Additionally, the E-commerce Executive will handle customer inquiries, manage product listings, and ensure optimal online presence for the company's products.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills and proficiency in market research
  • Experience in Account Management and handling customer inquiries
  • Proven Sales and Sales Management skills
  • Excellent Team Management and collaboration abilities
  • Relevant skills and qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Prior experience in an e-commerce environment is a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
