We are seeking a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our on-site team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, explaining our products and services, generating leads, and maintaining strong customer relationships. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys communication, has a persuasive personality, and is eager to grow in a sales-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products and services.
  • Handle inbound calls and inquiries, providing accurate information and assistance.
  • Generate and qualify leads through effective communication and follow-up.
  • Maintain an updated record of calls, leads, and customer data in the CRM system.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls and conversions.
  • Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for scheduling meetings and lead follow-ups.
  • Collect customer feedback and report insights to improve sales strategies.
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with clients.

Requirements / Qualifications

  • Any qualification (Graduates and freshers are welcome — training will be provided).
  • 0–3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English, Hindi, and local language preferred).
  • Confident speaking voice and persuasive skills.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Ability to work on-site, meet deadlines, and achieve performance goals.
  • Positive attitude, teamwork mindset, and willingness to learn.
