Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Caller at Japanese Language Academy - JLA, located in Calicut. The Caller will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective students, informing them about courses and programs, answering their queries, and maintaining a record of communication logs. The Caller will also need to follow up with the prospects and assist in the enrollment process by closing leads efficiently.

Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM software
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Experience in telecalling or customer service is a plus
  • Fluency in English and Malayalam
  • Degree in any field
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
