Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Tele caller role located in Kozhikode. The Tele caller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, following up on leads, providing information about the company's services, and scheduling appointments. The role involves handling customer inquiries, maintaining detailed records of interactions, and achieving call targets and conversion rates. Tele callers will also collaborate with the sales team to meet company goals.

Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal communication skills and a clear speaking voice
  • Proficiency in making cold calls and handling customer inquiries
  • Ability to maintain detailed records of calls and follow-ups
  • Basic knowledge of Branding, Digital Marketing, and SEO
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with the sales team
  • Capability to meet call targets and conversion rates
  • Previous experience in a telecalling or customer service role is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales or marketing are advantageous
