Job Title: Telecaller / Telesales Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to handle inbound and outbound calls to potential or existing customers. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-oriented approach, and the ability to achieve targets efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products/services.
  • Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
  • Maintain and update customer databases with call details and feedback.
  • Follow up on leads and convert them into confirmed sales or appointments.
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
  • Handle customer complaints or objections professionally and escalate when necessary.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve customer reach and experience.

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor of Degree in any Branch of Study
  • Experience: 0–1 years (Freshers can apply; prior telesales/customer support experience preferred).
  • Excellent communication skills in [English/Hindi/Regional Language as required].
  • Good convincing and negotiation skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, data entry).
  • Ability to handle pressure and meet sales targets.
  • Positive attitude, self-motivated, and team player.
