Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Telecallers to join our Calicut office at Global Degrees. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential students, providing information about overseas education programs, and assisting them in the admission process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective students and respond to inbound inquiries.
  • Provide accurate information on courses, universities, admission procedures, and scholarships.
  • Generate and maintain leads in the CRM system.
  • Schedule appointments and follow-ups with interested candidates.
  • Maintain a professional and courteous communication style with all prospects.
  • Achieve monthly targets for calls, lead conversion, and student enrollment.

Eligibility / Skills Required:

  • Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in telecalling / customer service / sales.
  • Good communication skills in English (both written and spoken).
  • Basic knowledge of overseas education is a plus.
  • Target-oriented, self-motivated, and enthusiastic.
  • Ability to work in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
