Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Tele Calling Executive. The role is based in Kozhikode. The Tele Calling Executive will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers to provide information about our services, answering their queries, maintaining detailed records of interactions, and following up on leads. Additional responsibilities include managing customer complaints, building relationships with clients, and achieving individual and team targets through effective communication and relationship-building skills.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage clients effectively and professionally
  • Proficiency in managing customer interactions, maintaining detailed records, and resolving client queries or concerns
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and meet performance targets
  • Skills in time management, organization, and multitasking, with attention to detail
  • Previous experience in tele-calling or a related customer support/sales role is an advantage
  • High level of patience, problem-solving ability, and positive attitude when dealing with diverse clients
  • Demonstrated ability to learn about products or services and effectively communicate their value to potential customers
  • Proficiency in using basic computer applications and CRM software is a plus
  • Graduation or equivalent is required; additional certifications in sales, customer service, or communication are beneficial
