Key Responsibilities:

Contact potential and existing customers to promote beauty and wellness products

Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products

Explain offers, discounts, and product benefits to customers

Confirm and process orders efficiently

Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints

Maintain accurate records and follow up regularly

Achieve and exceed sales targets

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills in Malayalam

Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to close orders

Polite, patient, and customer-friendly approach

Comfortable in handling objections and providing solutions

Prior experience in sales, telecalling, or customer service is an advantage

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

Good computer and data entry skills
