General Manager – Hotel Operations (20+ Years Experience)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: ₹1,00,000 – ₹1,50,000 per month (Negotiable for the right candidate)

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced General Manager to oversee the full operations of our hotel. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the hospitality industry, with hands-on experience in pre-opening management and core hotel operations.

The role requires strong leadership, operational excellence, and the ability to deliver outstanding guest experiences while ensuring smooth day-to-day management of all departments.

Key Responsibilities

· Oversee all hotel operations including front office, housekeeping, F&B, maintenance, and guest services.

· Lead and manage pre-opening activities to ensure a successful launch.

· Develop and implement operational plans, budgets, and performance goals.

· Maintain high standards of service quality and guest satisfaction.

· Manage P&L, optimize revenue, and control operational costs.

· Recruit, train, and motivate staff to achieve excellence.

· Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and statutory regulations.

Requirements

· Minimum 20 years of experience in hotel operations.

· Proven experience in pre-opening and core management roles.

· Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

· Strong knowledge of hospitality standards and guest service excellence.

· Experience with reputed hotel brands preferred.
