Key Responsibilities
Drive business strategy and growth in CCTV & IoT segments
Lead cross-functional teams: Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations
Identify new markets, partnerships, and revenue streams
Manage P&L, budgeting, and forecasting
Collaborate with R&D to align products with market needs
Build strong relationships across enterprise, government, and residential sectors
Stay ahead of industry trends and regulatory developments
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience: 10–12 years in business leadership, with 10+ years in CCTV & IoT
Education: Bachelor's in Engineering/Business; MBA preferred
Skills:
Expertise in surveillance tech, IoT platforms, and smart infrastructure
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
Strategic mindset with hands-on execution
Proven ability to manage large teams and complex projects
Familiarity with government tenders, B2B sales, and channel partnerships
