Position Overview
As a Specialist, Talent Acquisition, you will play a critical role in sourcing and placing professionals across a wide range of labor categories – including IT, business professional, accounting and finance, creative, administrative, and customer service. While IT recruiting will be a central focus, this role offers variety and the chance to build expertise across multiple disciplines. This is not a posting-and-waiting type of position – we are looking for a true headhunter who excels at proactively finding and engaging top candidates in a competitive market. - Source, qualify, and present skilled professionals across diverse labor categories, with emphasis on IT.
- Execute proactive headhunting strategies using Boolean logic and advanced sourcing techniques.
- Support requisitions from large VMS/MSP-driven contingent workforce programs, primarily requiring W2 candidates (non-C2C).
- Manage candidates throughout the hiring process within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Build strong candidate pipelines using platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and Dice (CareerBuilder preferred).
- Partner with internal teams to meet client expectations and deliver high-quality talent solutions.
- Consistently meet and exceed KPIs (Outbound Communication, Interviews, Interview Percentage, Submit-to-Hire Percentages, Hires, and New Margin Generated).
Qualifications & Experience
- 3+ years of recruiting experience for U.S.-based clients, with a strong track record in IT and exposure to multiple other labor categories.
- Demonstrated success supporting VMS/MSP contingent workforce programs.
- Demonstrated success identifying W2-eligible candidates for IT positions.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and Dice (CareerBuilder preferred).
- Proven expertise with Boolean search and creative sourcing techniques.
- Strong ATS experience and process discipline.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Self-motivated, competitive, and eager to be a top performer.
