We're on the lookout for ambitious Business Development Executives (BDEs) & BDM who can lead regional growth, manage field teams, and drive business expansion across markets.

What You'll Do:

Lead & manage a team of 20 field sales and marketing executives.

Drive merchant onboarding, client acquisition & revenue generation.

Execute regional market activation strategies.

Collaborate with BDMs for analytics, reporting & performance tracking.

What We're Looking For:

5–15 years of experience in field sales / business development (Ad-Tech, FMCG, or SaaS preferred).

Excellent communication, negotiation & leadership skills.

Graduate / Postgraduate in Business or Marketing.

Goal-driven with strong ownership & performance mindset.

Compensation: ₹5–18 LPA Incentives Allowances
