Role Summary

This is an on-ground, results-driven sales and client acquisition role focused on onboarding businesses directly and expanding the reseller network that promotes Bizkit to their clients.

You will drive direct B2B sales by pitching to business owners and decision-makers, while also building relationships with resellers (who already sell digital or software solutions to businesses) — enabling them to sell Bizkit within their existing network.

The role requires strong communication, relationship-building, and consultative selling skills to demonstrate how Bizkit helps organizations improve efficiency and growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

1.1 Identify and qualify leads through online/offline channels, B2B networks, and business associations.

1.2 Build and maintain a region-wise sales pipeline of SMEs, agencies, and professionals.

1.3 Conduct cold calls, client visits, and follow-ups to introduce Bizkit and its ecosystem.

2. Product Demonstration & Consultation

2.1 Conduct in-person and virtual demos of Bizkit modules (BizCard, BizTask, BizTime, BizMeet).

2.2 Understand client requirements and recommend the most relevant plan or module combination.

2.3 Present clear product literature, pricing, and ROI-based business benefits.

3. Revenue & Target Ownership

3.1 Achieve monthly sales and onboarding targets across direct clients and reseller-led sales.

3.2 Maintain accurate and updated lead and sales data in CRM tools.

3.3 Work closely with management to refine regional sales plans.

(Note: Targets are growth-based and structured to build consistency, not inflated figures.)

4. Reseller Partnership Development

4.1 Identify, onboard, and train resellers — professionals or agencies already selling software, IT, or digital services to businesses.

4.2 Build partnerships where resellers sell Bizkit through their networks, earning commissions per activation.

4.3 Support resellers with marketing materials, product decks, and sales enablement guidance.

5. Customer Relationship Management

5.1 Ensure smooth onboarding and post-sale support for new client.

5.2 Collect client and reseller feedback, and share insights with the product and marketing teams.

5.3 Build long-term business relationships to drive renewals and referrals.

6. Market Intelligence & Brand Representation

6.1 Represent GIANT at business expos, trade fairs, and BNI meetings to strengthen visibility and partnerships.

6.2 Stay informed on competitor offerings and market trends to refine sales messaging.

6.3 Contribute feedback to marketing and product teams to align materials with market needs.

What Success Looks Like (KPIs)

  1. Consistent revenue growth through both direct and reseller channels.
  2. Active reseller partnerships contributing to new customer acquisition.
  3. 90%+ customer satisfaction and retention post-sale.
  4. Accurate CRM reporting and regular field updates.

Candidate Profile

Must-Have:

  1. 1–3 years of B2B or SaaS sales experience (IT/software/digital solutions preferred).
  2. Excellent communication and presentation skills (English + regional language).
  3. Confidence to handle client demos, field meetings, and partnership discussions.
  4. Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM tools, apps, and digital systems.

Preferred:

  1. Prior experience selling SaaS tools, ERP/CRM solutions, or digital services.
  2. Exposure to channel sales or reseller partnerships.
  3. Willingness to travel locally for meetings and trade events.

Compensation & Benefits

  1. Salary: ₹25,000–₹30,000/month (based on experience) + performance incentives.
  2. Travel Reimbursement: ₹3.50/km for field visits; approved outstation travel at actuals.
  3. Incentives: Commission-based bonuses for both direct and reseller-led sales.
