Now, we're launching Clinic 365 our state-of-the-art Skin, Hair, Body & Laser Clinic, and we're looking for a key partner. We're seeking an experienced Consultant Dermatologist with a passion for cutting-edge technology to help build this venture from the ground up. This is a unique opportunity to grow professionally and financially with a company on the fast track.
About the Role
The Business Development Manager will drive growth for the clinic by identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and implementing marketing initiatives. This role focuses on increasing client acquisition, enhancing brand presence, and ensuring revenue targets are met in the competitive aesthetic and wellness market.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Growth:
- Develop and execute business development plans to achieve revenue and client acquisition goals.
- Identify new market opportunities for skin, hair, slimming, and laser services.
Partnerships & Networking:
- Build and maintain relationships with dermatologists, cosmetologists, wellness influencers, and corporate partners.
- Attend industry events and represent the clinic to expand its network.
Sales & Marketing:
- Collaborate with marketing teams to design campaigns and loyalty programs.
- Drive upselling and cross-selling of treatments and packages.
Market Analysis:
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitor offerings, and client preferences.
- Prepare reports and recommendations for management.
Client Engagement:
- Ensure exceptional customer experience and follow-up for high-value clients.
- Implement referral programs and retention strategies.
Compliance & Reporting:
- Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations and clinic protocols.
- Provide regular updates on business development activities and KPIs.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Healthcare Management.
- 3–5 years of experience in business development, preferably in healthcare or aesthetics.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Knowledge of skin, hair, and wellness industry trends.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office
