IT Business Partner

Requirement:
- Proven experience as an IT Business Partner, with a strong track record of successfully delivering complex projects
- in the jewelry industry.
- In-depth knowledge of the jewelry manufacturing and export business, including supply chain management,
- inventory control, and quality assurance.
- Hands-on experience with EMR (jewelry software), web-based technologies, and SharePoint.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with
- stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and translate business needs into
- technology solutions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, global environment.
- PMP or other relevant project management certification is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute IT projects for both our New York and India offices, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Lead and coordinate IT-related business projects for our India operations, with a focus on optimizing our manufacturing and export processes.
- Serve as the primary liaison between the IT department and business stakeholders, translating business requirements into technical specifications and vice versa.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the end-to-end jewelry manufacturing and export business, from design and production to sales and distribution.
- Oversee the implementation, customization, and maintenance of our key business systems, including our EMR (jewelry software), web-based applications, and SharePoint.
- Identify and assess new technologies and IT solutions that can enhance our business operations and provide a competitive advantage.
- Manage project teams, providing clear direction, support, and guidance to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, and risk assessments.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant industry standards and regulations.
