About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Officer to drive growth, build strategic partnerships, and expand market presence. The ideal candidate must have at least 5 years of proven experience in the Fire Safety Industry or Automobile Industry, with strong industry networks and a deep understanding of market dynamics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in targeted markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and industry partners.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive activities.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales and business development plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Technical, and Operations) to ensure excellent customer service and timely project delivery.
  • Track sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to management.
  • Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows to promote company products and capabilities.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Fire Industry (Fire Safety Equipment, Fire Protection Systems, Fire Engineering) or Automobile Industry (Automotive Sales, Components, Dealerships, OEMs).
  • Strong understanding of market structures, customer segments, and business dynamics in the respective industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets or business growth milestones.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build strong client relationships and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working independently.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).

Job Type: Full-time
