About the Role

This is a full-time office + field sales role involving daily client meetings, lead conversions, and managing the complete software sales cycle—from prospecting to payment collection.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop and close new business opportunities in the software development and Mobile Application Development domain.
  • Conduct 3–5 client meetings daily (offline + online).
  • Manage end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation → pitch → proposal → quotation → negotiation → closure.
  • Target to corporates, startup and enterprise accounts.
  • Prepare and share quotations, invoices, proposals, and follow up for payments.
  • Maintain strong follow-ups with prospective and existing clients to ensure conversions.
  • Build and grow a strong pipeline of leads through networking, referrals, social platforms, and field visits.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of meetings, leads, and sales activities in CRM/reporting tools.
  • Coordinate closely with the software development team to understand project requirements and timelines.
  • Represent the company in meetings, presentations, and networking events.
  • deliver product demos, presentations, and business proposals with confidence.
  • Expand branding and market presence across Mumbai's geographical areas.

Mandatory Job Requirements (20+ Points Included)

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Business Development / Sales.
  • Must be from the software development / IT services industry.
  • Strong understanding of the software development process and project lifecycle.
  • Prior consistent achievement of sales targets.
  • Experience closing deals both online and offline.
  • Must be a self-starter, motivated, and aggressive go-getter.
  • Should have excellent communication & presentation skills.
  • Must be very confident with strong negotiation abilities.
  • Strong follow-up skills—must track leads until closure.
  • Deep knowledge of Mumbai's market & geographical areas.
  • Must have a good personal network within Mumbai.
  • Should have an existing client database (desirable).
  • Expertise in quotation preparation, invoicing & payment follow-ups.
  • Ability to conduct 3–5 client meetings daily.
  • Ability to handle office as well as field sales efficiently.
  • Experience in target-based sales environments.
  • Capable of building long-term client relationships.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools, MS Office, and online sales platforms.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Local Mumbai candidates preferred.
  • Should be comfortable working from Andheri East (Sakinaka) office.
  • Ability to travel within the city for meetings (travel allowance provided).
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong professional ethics and discipline.
