Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Head of Sales and Business Development located in Noida. The candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. Key tasks include analyzing market trends, identifying business opportunities, and fostering relationships with key stakeholders. The candidate will also oversee team management to drive performance and ensure the growth and success of the sales department.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to understand market trends and identify opportunities
- Expertise in Account Management to maintain and build relationships with clients
- Proven Sales and Sales Management skills to achieve targets and drive revenue
- Team Management skills to lead and motivate the sales team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Experience in the real estate industry is highly desired
