We're Hiring – Business Development Head (Websites & Digital Marketing)
Location: Noida, Sector 62 | Shift: Day | Experience: 6–15 Years
UPBS Private Limited is seeking an experienced Business Development Head to lead international sales for website development and digital marketing services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Business Development team to achieve monthly individual and team revenue targets
- Identify, generate, and nurture international leads through LinkedIn, email, and calls
- Pitch and close deals for services including SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing, and Web Development
- Work on international projects and maintain long-term client relationships
- Mentor and guide the sales team to ensure consistent target achievement
Requirements:
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written)
- 6–15 years of experience in IT/Digital Marketing sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Strong negotiation, closing skills, and experience handling virtual international client meetings
- Target-driven mindset with proven track record in revenue generation.
