Position SummaryAs Head of Sales, you will be responsible for crafting and executing strategic sales plans that drive revenue growth and expand market share. You'll lead a high-performing sales team, cultivate key client relationships, and collaborate cross-functionally to unlock business opportunities across all segments.
Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership
Design and implement robust sales strategies aligned with business goals
Inspire, coach, and manage the sales team to exceed targets
Cultivate new business and nurture existing relationships across corporate, travel trade, and event verticals
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to refine sales tactics
Deliver accurate forecasts and performance reports to senior leadership
Lead pricing, contracting, and promotional initiatives
Partner with marketing, operations, revenue, and finance teams for seamless execution
Represent the brand at trade shows, industry events, and client engagements
Track KPIs and implement corrective actions to ensure consistent growth
Champion customer satisfaction and loyalty through service excellence
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field
Experience
Minimum 7 years in hospitality sales, with leadership experience in luxury or 5-star environments
Proven success in driving revenue and leading high-performing teams

Proficient in CRM platforms, hotel management systems, and sales analytics
Strategic mindset with strong commercial acumen
