Position Summary

As Head of Sales, you will be responsible for crafting and executing strategic sales plans that drive revenue growth and expand market share. You'll lead a high-performing sales team, cultivate key client relationships, and collaborate cross-functionally to unlock business opportunities across all segments.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
  • Design and implement robust sales strategies aligned with business goals

Market Intelligence & Planning

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field

Experience

  • Minimum 7 years in hospitality sales, with leadership experience in luxury or 5-star environments

  • Proven success in driving revenue and leading high-performing teams

Technical Skills

  • Proficient in CRM platforms, hotel management systems, and sales analytics

  • Strategic mindset with strong commercial acumen
