Yearly Package – 3 to 4 Lacs (Plus Incentives)

Job Role &Responsibility: -

1. Finding New Clients: You would be responsible for finding new clients through networking, cold calling, and other lead-generation methods.

2. Developing Business Strategies: analyzing the market, and understand the customer needs to create business strategies to uplift the revenue.

3. Actively conduct market research.

4. Using networks and online research, identify and qualify new sales leads.

5. Follow up on any sales leads, clearly providing pertinent facts.

6. Develop effective sales strategies.

7. Become a product expert to be able to effectively present the company's items.

8. Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events on behalf of the company.

9. You need to know how to create good relationships and network at your maximum. This would keep the client's reviews great and provide more clients for business growth.

10. You should have strong communication skills to communicate clearly and deliver effective client messages.

11. You should have sharp problem-solving senses to understand business problems and find solutions quickly.

12. Demonstrate effective time management and planning abilities.

· A proven track record of achieving a higher number of sales.

· Higher Experience in sales and business development (must have knowledge about Valves. Such as Globe, Gate, Needle, Plug, Butterfly and Spool)

· An ideal candidate will be a graduate (Mechanical Engg or BSc Chemical) having excellent command over English verbal and written.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300, ₹500,000.00 per year
