Role Overview
As an Inside Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, nurturing client relationships, and supporting our brand portfolio. Your focus will be on lead generation, managing the sales pipeline, and closing deals through inside sales efforts. This role involves close collaboration with the leadership team to support and execute the overall sales strategy for our incubated brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads through research, cold calling, emailing, and digital outreach.
- Build, manage, and maintain a robust sales pipeline within the CRM.
- Schedule and conduct virtual or telephonic meetings with potential clients and partners.
- Work towards achieving monthly sales targets for assigned brands.
- Assist in onboarding new clients, partners, and affiliates to ensure smooth integration.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Support the execution of events, marketing campaigns, and partnership initiatives.
- Regularly update and maintain accurate sales reports and ensure pipeline hygiene.
Requirements
- Experience: 1–3 years in Inside Sales or B2B Sales with a proven track record.
- Skills: Excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship-building abilities.
- Familiarity with lead generation strategies, CRM tools, and pipeline management.
- Comfortable with cold calling, emailing, and consistent client follow-ups.
