Job Title: Podcast Lead & Host

Department: Marketing & Communications

Job Summary: The Podcast Lead & Host will be solely responsible for the end-to-end management, production, and on-air presentation of a Veterinary Diagnostic Center's expert-driven podcast series. This role requires a professional who can independently drive the content strategy, secure high-profile guests, and host every episode while maintaining exceptional quality and relevance for the veterinary community.

Key Responsibilities

1. Hosting & Content Direction

  • Serve as the primary host and on-air personality for all the podcast episodes, ensuring an engaging, professional, and informative tone.
  • Develop a strategic editorial calendar, proposing relevant and timely topics focused on veterinary diagnostics, animal health, and industry best practices.
  • Conduct thorough research to prepare detailed and insightful interview questions.

2. Guest Curation & Coordination

  • Identify, pitch, and secure high-value guests, including leading veterinarians, researchers, and key opinion leaders (KOLs) in the animal health industry.
  • Manage all guest relations, from the initial outreach and scheduling to providing comprehensive briefing materials.
  • Maintain and expand a robust network of industry experts for future collaboration.

3. End-to-End Production Management

  • Oversee all pre-production activities (topic clearance, script outlines, question preparation).
  • Manage the recording process (both remote and in-person), ensuring high technical audio quality and optimal conversational flow.
  • Supervise post-production processes, including editing, mixing, mastering, and the creation of accurate episode transcripts.
  • Manage the publishing workflow, including writing compelling show notes and metadata, generating episode titles, and uploading content to all necessary hosting platforms.
  • Monitor and report on podcast analytics and key performance indicators (KPIs), such as downloads, subscriber growth, and listenership data.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience as an on-air host or interviewer, demonstrating exceptional verbal communication and listening skills.
  • A strong understanding of the veterinary or animal health industry is highly preferred.
  • Exceptional project management skills with a demonstrated ability to independently manage a complex, recurring production schedule.
  • Familiarity with audio recording techniques and post-production best practices.
  • Excellent professional networking and outreach abilities.
  • MUST be a team player.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50, ₹100,000.00 per month
