Open Position: Lead Generation Specialist

Location: Malad (West), Mumbai

Experience: 2 Years to 5 Years

Qualification: Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Business Administration.

Only candidates based in Mumbai Suburban locations (Dahisar to Dadar) should apply for the Position.

We are working 6 days, i.e., from Monday to Saturday.

Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Lead Generation Expert to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting and executing strategies to identify and qualify potential leads for our suite of SaaS products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective lead-generation strategies that align with our sales objectives.
  • Utilize various techniques such as cold calling, email marketing campaigns, social media engagement, and networking to generate new sales leads.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment between marketing activities and lead generation efforts.
  • Conduct initial prospecting and qualification of leads, ensuring they meet the company's criteria before passing them on to the sales team.
  • Manage and nurture potential leads to maintain interest and engagement until they are ready for the sales process.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new lead opportunities and areas for growth.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of leads and account activity within the CRM system.
  • Report weekly and monthly on lead generation performance and metrics.

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Computer Science.
  • Proven experience in lead generation, sales, or a similar role, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Knowledge of the HR software industry and its key players.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400, ₹720,000.00 per year
