Key Responsibilities Single-minded focus is to Serve customers coming end to end - from onboarding, advisory, Tax filing, and Invoicing. Skills required Complete taxation know-how with hands-on experience for ITR 1, 2, 3, & 4 Ability to understand customer queries and deliver solutions that are easy to understand by users. Soft Skills mainly around customer engagement over chat, calls, and emails. Leverage technology tools available to optimize customer service delivery. Very sensitive to customer needs and ability to give utmost service to customers.
