**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Provide expert guidance on the use of QuickBooks for various accounting tasks.
- Assist clients with bank reconciliation, ensuring accuracy in financial records.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements.
- Support budgeting processes by providing insights into financial concepts and trends.
- Manage accounts payable functions, ensuring timely payments and accurate record-keeping.
- Conduct balance sheet reconciliation to maintain accurate financial statements.
- Other tasks as assigned by the company as needed.

**Experience**
- A degree in accounting is highly desirable.
- Proven experience as a QuickBooks Pro Advisor or similar role in accounting/bookkeeping.
- Familiarity with tax preparation is a plus.
- Strong understanding of financial concepts, including budgeting, bank reconciliation, and accounts payable.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective client interaction.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills to interpret financial data accurately.
