**Role Overview**:
We are seeking a highly motivated Accounting Intern to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of accounting within a supportive and collaborative environment. The internship is designed to transition into a full-time role based on performance and business needs, allowing the intern to grow professionally and personally within the company.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
- Support the accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Help in reconciling bank statements and bookkeeping ledgers.
- Collaborate with the finance team on monthly closing procedures.
- Participate in the development and implementation of new accounting procedures.
- Engage in compliance audits and prepare tax documents as required.
- Utilize accounting software to enter, record, and analyze financial data.
- Provide administrative support as needed, including data entry and document management.

**Qualifications**:

- Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and a keen interest in finance.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and familiarity with accounting software.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Fluent in English, with effective communication skills.
- Available to work a flexible schedule to meet the demands of a global team.
