Career Opportunities with P&R
Our vision for our staff:
We envision our staff to not only be great accountants, tax preparers, and auditors but also “Partners in our Clients’ Success”. Employees must be able to complete their daily tasks in accounting, tax compliance and/or auditing, and coordinate and manage multiple projects. (This requires staff to be super-organized.) More experienced team members begin to review their colleagues’ work and are available as a resource to mentor and train them as needed.
We encourage staff to begin providing suggestions regarding our workflows and internal processes. We want them to champion a unified "P&R way" of doing things. The ideal team member grows to become the "go-to" expert on the various apps available to streamline our offerings in each department (Tax, CAAS, and Assurance). The ultimate goal is to grow from a preparer/auditor/accountant towards becoming an experienced resource not only for the internal staff but to our clients as well. We are business consultants at heart.
