Role Details

Title: Customer Success Engineer

Location: Gurugram

Engagement: Full-time

Compensation: ₹ 4–8 LPA


What You'll Do

  • Work with customers to understand how their processes run
  • Configure and set up voice agents based on those workflows
  • Support customer onboarding, testing, and go-live
  • Run demos, training, and product walkthroughs
  • Track agent performance and suggest improvements
  • Document playbooks and best practices
  • Coordinate closely with product and engineering to solve real issues


What You Bring

  • 0–2 years experience in Customer Success, Product, Consulting, Operations or similar roles
  • Strong communication and confidence in working with customers
  • Ability to understand workflows/logic and break down steps
  • Comfortable learning new tools and figuring things out
  • Ownership mindset: don't wait to be told what to do
  • Curiosity to understand the product and how customers actually use it

(Technical background not required, but willingness to learn is a must.)
