Role Details
Title: Customer Success Engineer
Location: Gurugram
Engagement: Full-time
Compensation: ₹ 4–8 LPA
What You'll Do
- Work with customers to understand how their processes run
- Configure and set up voice agents based on those workflows
- Support customer onboarding, testing, and go-live
- Run demos, training, and product walkthroughs
- Track agent performance and suggest improvements
- Document playbooks and best practices
- Coordinate closely with product and engineering to solve real issues
What You Bring
- 0–2 years experience in Customer Success, Product, Consulting, Operations or similar roles
- Strong communication and confidence in working with customers
- Ability to understand workflows/logic and break down steps
- Comfortable learning new tools and figuring things out
- Ownership mindset: don't wait to be told what to do
- Curiosity to understand the product and how customers actually use it
(Technical background not required, but willingness to learn is a must.)
