Responsibilities:
- Build deep relationships with D2C and enterprise quick commerce brands to drive adoption and success of Dcluttr
- Understand client growth metrics, campaign goals, and business levers to help them maximize ROI
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring smooth communication between client, product, and engineering teams
- Translate client needs into actionable feedback for product and analytics teams
- Develop playbooks and success frameworks to scale customer growth across multiple accounts
- Identify churn risks early and implement proactive strategies to retain and expand relationships
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Growth roles, preferably in e-commerce or quick commerce
- Strong understanding of quick commerce metrics, growth funnels, and performance marketing
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and relationship management skills
- Proven track record of managing multiple clients, meeting retention targets, and driving account growth
