Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Success Associate located in Gurugram. The Customer Success Associate will focus on engaging with customers to ensure they have a positive experience with our services, providing support, resolving issues effectively, and enhancing overall satisfaction. The role includes managing client relationships, addressing customer needs, and implementing strategies to ensure customer retention and success.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Customer Engagement, Customer Support, and driving Customer Satisfaction
  • Experience with Customer Retention strategies and maintaining long-term client relationships
  • Strong Analytical Skills for identifying client needs and solving problems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • 1 year of relevant experience in a customer-facing role
