Salary

  • In-hand: 22,000- 25,000/-Month
  • CTC: ₹26,000 – ₹29,000 per month

Job Overview:

We are looking for motivated individuals to join as Customer Success Associates. The role involves handling customer queries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering seamless support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle and resolve customer queries efficiently.
  • Provide exceptional communication and support to customers.
  • Work in rotational shifts with week-off on rotation.

Requirements:

  • Graduate (Freshers are also eligible).
  • Preferred: International experience in customer support.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.

Additional Details:

  • 5 working days per week.
  • Both-way cab facility provided.
