About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Success Associate to provide high-quality voice support for an international process. You will handle client queries, provide technical assistance, and ensure excellent customer experience while maintaining global service standards. Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls for an international process.
  • Provide technical support and resolve client queries effectively.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of interactions and resolutions.

  • Ensure excellent communication skills with no pronunciation errors while interacting with clients.
  • Deliver professional and empathetic service to ensure high customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements

  • Qualification:
    Tech Graduate.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in technical support or customer service.
  • Excellent English communication skills – must be clear with no pronunciation errors.
  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable working in Gurugram office.
