Job Title: DGM - Customer Success

Experience: 10-15 years

Location: Gurugram (5 days working from office)

Industry Exposure B2B/Enterprise

This person will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering end-to-end technical and business solutions aligned with client needs and organizational goals. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, sales, and operations to ensure the proposed solutions are technically sound, cost-effective, and scalable.

The Solution Manager will play a key role in pre-sales, solution design, and ongoing customer success to ensure long-term value realization.

Role & responsibilities

  • Understand client business challenges and translate them into solution requirements and architecture.
  • Design and propose technical solutions integrating products, services, and platforms.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop solution proposals, technical documentation.
  • Lead pre-sales discussions, client workshops, and product demonstrations.
  • Lead Customer Success team to ensure smooth onboarding, adoption and act as a trusted advisor to key clients, building long-term strategic relationships.
  • Work closely with product and engineering teams to ensure solution feasibility and timely delivery.
  • Support project handover from pre-sales to delivery ensuring clarity of scope and solution design.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
  • Define and manage solution roadmaps and improvement areas.
  • Ensure solutions adhere to compliance, data privacy, and security guidelines.
  • Should have international client management exposure.

Qualification – Technical Graduate/Post Graduate and MBA Preferred
