Business Growth & Client Acquisition

  • Own end-to-end new client acquisition across RPO, Project Hiring, and Permanent Mandates.
  • Drive aggressive revenue growth through targeted outreach, industry penetration, and strategic networking.
  • Pitch, negotiate, and close high-value enterprise accounts.
  • Leverage existing relationships to onboard immediate business.

RPO Strategy & Delivery Setup

  • Design and establish RPO frameworks (SLAs, SOPs, delivery models, reporting structures).
  • Work closely with delivery teams to ensure seamless execution and fulfilment.
  • Implement performance metrics, governance models, and quality standards.

Client Management & Key Accounts

  • Act as the chief relationship owner for key clients.
  • Ensure high client satisfaction, proactive issue resolution, and long-term retention.
  • Identify account expansion opportunitiesupsell, cross-sell, multi-location hiring, contract staffing, etc.

Leadership & Team Management

  • Build and mentor a high-performing BD team.
  • Drive accountability, sales targets, and performance culture.
  • Collaborate with senior management on annual targets, budgets, and growth roadmap.

Strategy & Market Intelligence

  • Track industry trends, competitor movement, and hiring patterns.
  • Develop GTM strategies, offerings, pricing models, and expansion plans.
  • Represent the company at events, HR forums, and CXO meetings.

Required Experience & Skills

  • 712+ years in Business Development for Recruitment / RPO.
  • Strong track record of consistent revenue delivery and client wins.
  • Deep understanding of RPO lifecycle, enterprise hiring needs, and recruitment operations.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and CXO-level relationship-building skills.
  • Assertive, disciplined, target-driven, and strategic in mindset.
  • Leadership experience managing BD or delivery teams.
