Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Manager for Business Growth to join our team in Gurgaon. This full-time, mid-level position involves developing and executing strategies to drive business growth and success. The ideal candidate will leverage their skills in business development, sales strategy, and lead generation to enhance our market presence and foster profitable relationships.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven expertise in business development to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities (Mandatory skill).
  • Strong sales strategy skills to plan and implement effective sales processes and approaches (Mandatory skill).
  • Experienced in lead generation, ensuring a consistent pipeline of new business opportunities (Mandatory skill).
  • Proficiency in developing go-to-market strategies to effectively introduce new products or services to the market.
  • Strong negotiation skills to secure beneficial agreements and partnerships with key stakeholders.
  • Ability to conduct revenue forecasting to predict future earnings and guide strategic planning.
  • Excellent communication skills to articulate business growth objectives and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical mindset to assess market trends and adapt strategies for maximizing business potential.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement business growth strategies to increase market presence and customer base.
  • Identify key opportunities for expansion and lead initiatives to capitalize on them.
  • Work closely with the sales team to set goals, optimize strategies, and enhance lead generation efforts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure continuous business growth and client satisfaction.
