Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Business Growth Intern
who will support the business team in expanding Nynii's reach, onboarding gig workers, collaborating with brands, and improving customer engagement.

This role offers hands-on exposure to real strategies, execution, data, and brand-building activities.

Key Responsibilities

Business & User Growth

  • Support initiatives to increase platform bookings and user retention.
  • Assist in planning and executing campaigns to onboard more workers (maids, babysitters, caregivers).
  • Conduct market research on cities, pricing trends, competitors, and user needs.

Digital & Social Growth

  • Contribute to content planning for Instagram, WhatsApp, and other channels.
  • Track campaign performance and provide weekly insights.

Partnerships & Brand Collaborations

  • Identify potential brand partners (housing societies, RWAs, childcare spaces, etc.).
  • Assist in outreach and coordination for local tie-ups and events.

Operations & Coordination

  • Support the growth team in daily activities.
  • Maintain organized data sheets, reports, and dashboards.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High enthusiasm, curiosity, and willingness to learn.
  • Basic understanding of marketing, operations, or growth strategies is a plus.
  • Comfortable using tools like Google Sheets, Docs, and social media platforms.
  • Ability to work on-site in Gurgaon.
